Return Policy

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please email us to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. The item must be returned in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund or, if you prefer, store credit at www.gordonstuart.com or our sale website www.designerclearanceonline.com,  less shipping cost.

• Your Return Authorization Number, or RA should be clearly marked on the outside of your box. Any shipments received without an RA will be refused. 

• To receive a store credit based on purchase price of the item(s): 

You must receive a Return Authorization Number from Gordon Stuart to return your purchase.  To receive a return authorization number, email us at info@gordonstuart.com or call us at 1-405-843-6500.  Once you have received a return authorization number and marked it clearly on the box, ship your return  to:

• Please Note:  All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.  The merchandise must be in saleable condition with all original tags still attached and with any original packaging (i.e. original shoe box, jewelry box, etc.)


• Not returnable at any time: lingerie, swimwear, pierced earrings, women’s eveningwear, and any item marked Final Sale
.  

• You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise.
